Your unit will be shipped via UPS ground in its respective boxes. The outdoor unit will have an added box for protection against shipping damage. SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED. This is to prevent theft from your front door/porch of this large unit. Signature is also required just in case there are any shipping damages or problems, that way the customer can reject it instead of accepting the delivery.  Please message us if you'd like to remove the signature delivery option, customer will be responsible for any damages in transit. We are here to help!
WARRANTY
Installation of a mini split must be completed by a licensed HVAC company to ensure any issues encountered in the future are not due to improper installation/workmanship. The installation includes electrical, gas and refrigerant connections and generally regulated by laws, codes and guidelines at the federal, state and local levels. If it is determined that the unit is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement part will be sent free of charge up to 1 year from date of shipment of the unit
**In order to install this unit properly, a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge and a valve between the pump and the gauge, a hose to connect the vacuum pump and service port on the low side (larger pipe side) are needed to get rid of air and more important, moisture out of high and low side copper pipes and the evaporator inside of the indoor unit before opening the 2 valves at the outdoor unit. This is why warranty is only valid if a HVAC installer installed the unit.**
