Method of Preparation
Add Sera kottu pieces in packet to boiling water (1.5 L / 7 ½) and cook well. Drain excess water retaining some moisture. Heat oil (20 ml) and temper crushed ginger, garlic, onion, pandan, curry leaves.
Then add given chicken flavored curry mix with boiled kottu pieces.
Mix well and serve hot.
