    Method Of Preparation
    Add kottu pieces to the 500ml of boiling water (kept on fire) and boil it for about 6 -8 minutes till the pieces are well cooked and become soft. Then drain it until a little amount of water remain.
    Add crushed ginger garlic, onion, rampe and curry leaves to the heated oil (20ml) and temper. Mix the chicken flavoured curry mix sachet given for tempering.
    Now add boiled kottu pieces and further mix well. Serve hot.
