Japanese Imperial Navy dress uniform

Japanese Imperial Navy dress uniform. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. This isn't my usual gig but the item is super rare- most of these are at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. The condition is good-needing repair to some of the interior silk lining. The picture didn't capture the excellent condition of the collar and cuff  'scrambled eggs.' I'm selling off items I've had for years so you might want to put me on speed dial!  I will sell internationally, but you will need to wait for the shipping charges.
