THIS IS A Jewelers Estate Amethyst Mixed Lot 14 Carats. These were Marked Amethyst. We are not geologist's but they were jewelry repair for years and we bought a large amount of stones and tools.

RETURNS
We only accept returns if they are not as described. Not for buyer remorse, or not reading the description, or just changed your mind, or size issues. We are jewelers and have all the necessary equipment to check the jewelry we list. If it is a stone we are not familiar with we will put that in the description. We are not certified gemologist, so we use Presidium testing equipment to test stones unless we have a certification from a gemologist.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping.

Payment
We ask that buyers contact us within 24 hours of the end of auction if payment will be longer than 3 days.
All Buy-It-Now sales require immediate payment.
Sales in the Buy-It-Now require instant payment. If you plan to buy more than one item within an 8-hour period wait for an invoice for shipping discounts. If you pay before you receive an invoice there will be no shipping discount on multiple purchases on the same day.
Payment must be received within 4 (four) days of the end of auction. On the fifth (5th) day Ebay automatically opens an Unpaid Item Case.
If you have less than 5 eBay transactions please contact us before bidding, otherwise, your bid will be canceled and your bids will be blocked. This is in an attempt to protect us from non-paying bidders.
And we will not defer from this policy.
All sales tax is handled by eBay.
Shipping
A shipping and handling charge is added to every sale. This covers shipping, insurance, packing materials and eBay and PayPal fees on shipping. We do combine shipping on multiple purchases that end on the same day only as we ship within 8 hours we cannot hold shipment for future additional items Please wait for invoice for shipping discounts, if you do not wait for invoice on multiple items you forfeit shipping discount.  We will ship to OK'ed PayPal addresses only. This is the address you have provided to PayPal. We have the right to refuse payment if the shipping address is not OK'ed to ship by PayPal. Please do not ask us to ship to an alternate address, as we will not.

.00 to .00 - USPS cost is over .10 if under 4 oz's, Insurance cost .10, Packaging is .15 to .00. Total on average .00 add eBay and PayPal fees .50 to .95 for items weighing less than 4 ounces and costing less than .00.
It only increases from there.
Terms of Sale
NO RETURNS
If you have bid on this or any of our auctions, you indicate by bidding that you have read and agree to our Terms Of Sale. All questions must be asked at least 24 hours prior to the end of the auctions.
Returns are excepted only if the item is not as described and pictured will a refund be authorized. Refund is limited only to the sell price, none of the shipping and handling will be refunded.
If an item is broken during shipment, that is an insurance claim and will be processed as a claim. If you leave feedback or file a claim with eBay before we have time to complete the insurance claim on our end you take us out of any control to help with the problem.
