Please make sure you wait at least 24 hours after receiving the unit before you plug it in. The compressor motor will most likely be shaken around during shipment, which can lead to the oil and fluids inside of the unit to arrive in an unsettled state. Please allow at least 24 hours for everything to settle before you power on your A/C.

The product may have cosmetic blemishes on the sides and back of the unit. The cosmetic blemish can range from light paint scuffs, to small scratches. Any blemish will be purely cosmetic in nature and will not affect usage, or the structural integrity of the product. These blemishes are not shown in pictures.

Step 2: During Delivery
- Due to the size and weight of this product, this product does not qualify for in-home delivery. All deliveries will be a curbside delivery.

Before Signing
for delivery receipt. Only if any damages are found on the product itself, you have an option to decide if the damages are acceptable for your standard or not, and decide whether to accept or refuse the delivery.

Acceptable Minor Cosmetic Damage:
If it's a very minor damage and you feel like you can live with it, please accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. We will be able to reimburse you with appropriate amount from original transaction, depending on the severity of the damage(s). This is much more cost effective than refusing delivery just for small blemish and having to go through entire replacement process.

Un-Acceptable Heavy Damage:
If it seems like the damages are not acceptable in anyway, or seems to affect the proper functionality of the product, Refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.
- Make sure to
Write Down "Shipment damaged"
on the delivery receipt that truck driver will provide you. Failing to do so will result in
customer accepting all responsibility for damaged shipment
and any other expense that might occur.

in determining whether to refuse or accept your delivery.

Step 3: After Delivery
- If you have purchased, or were provided with
Extended Warranties
, please do not forget to register them within 30 days from purchase date.
Failing to do so, will void your extended warranty.
- Check again for any cosmetic damages. Once a product has been installed, you will not be able to report cosmetic damage issues to Refurbking.
- Please take any preliminary steps to prepare your products for normal usage, such as
removing shipping bolts
from any laundry washers,
purging the water line
on the refrigerator...etc.

Our Policies

We will contact you within 2 business days upon your request with detail on receiving proper warranty service from us. If merchandise is received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) or does not function properly within 15 days from invoice date, we will send you a free return shipping label. Replacement merchandise will be shipped once we receive the original merchandise back.
