    Description

Offering 2 different and well executed carved domesticated black ox horn sculptures probably from the 1960's as they came from an estate of a copilot that traveled the world and picked up souvenirs in all of the countries he flew to.  The first is a horseback rider or rather warrior with a wood base - this looks Tibetan or Himalayan to me - just a guess - but its well sculpted and measures 5" tall and the base is 2.5" wide and not quite 2" deep.  If the horse had a tail at one time, which looks as if he did - long gone.  Separated 'fans' of horn stuck in the base to resemble foliage.  The second is of a fisherman thats actually caught a fish - he measures 7.5" tall and is actually 5 different pieces in one sculpture: the fisherman with a carved fish under him surrounding the base, his hat brim is removable, a long thin pole with a wire holding the 'fish' that looks as if he's missing one tail fin.   This one looks as if its Indonesian or from Thailand - not sure.   In Dark colours but for the fish and brown black hat.  Low starting bid with no reserve.  Other auctions of souvenir items listed so please take a look at my other auctions.
Buyer pays shipping with insurance by Priority USPS Mail.  Please email any questions as all sales are final.  The shipping calculator isn't always correct - any over payment of any payment over refunded - If over then it comes out of my pocket.  Afraid I cannot ship internationally without absolute delivery verification.  Also please be aware that I use used packing material that is clean - it saves me $ and is environmentally conscious.  They come from a smoke free home, thanks for looking.
