It shows very little wear—age-darkening to spine along with a few water spots; 1.5-inch very light/thin pencil mark by spine on rear cover along with a few tiny spots; and a 1-inch vertical (closed) tear along top edge of front cover. The hardback is in excellent (fine) condition. Clean covers that show no damage. Clean interior with no soiling or markings. No damage to pages. Binding remains tight and square. This book appears never to have been read. Definitely a choice copy!
