How to prepare
Add Kottu pieces in the pack to boiling water (1.5L/cups 7 and 1/2) and cook well
Drain excess water retaining some moisture.
Heat oil (50ml) and temper crushed ginger,garlic,onion,Rampe,curry leaves and green chillies
Then add the chicken and curry mixture in the packet to the mixture and mix well with boiled kottu
Then add two eggs and mix well. You can add also cheese,chicken,Fish or any meat with your preference
Serve hot
