    Up for sale is a VAT Rectangular Vacuum Gate Valve for Wafer Transfer for Parts or Repair.
    We are unable to test it, as the compressed air connectors have been removed and we don't have a controller, so sold as-is, "for parts or not working". That said, when the gate is operated manually, air hisses through the holes, so there's a good chance that the piston assembly may be sound.
    Measures approx 10 1/4" x 11" x 2 3/4", gateway opening approx" 6" x 1".
    This is the cheapest one on the market - don't let it get away!
