Vintage Wooden Hand Made Classical Gilt Gold Fluted Column Pedestal Stand 30” H

Offered is a wonderful vintage wooden handmade classical gilt gold Ionic style fluted column pedestal/stand. The workmanship is very well done. The column is a nice size measuring 29 7/8" tall; base is 11" x 11"; stop shelf is 9 1/2" x 9 1/2" and diameter of the fluted column is approx. 5 3/4". The gold gilt on the piece has a beautiful aged gold patina and would display beautifully. The bare wood on the underside of the base is imprinted "Spain" and there is also an adjacent maker's mark along with some numbers written in ink. I estimate the pedestal dates to the 1950's/1960's.
The pedestal is in very good estate condition. There are no areas of notable losses to the wood and there are only a few scattered areas of paint loss. The base and pedestal top are firmly attached.
