    Description

    For you're consideration is a 2nd series  bayonet under Nogoya Army Arsenal Supervision between 1938 and 1944. Fits Type 38 Rifle and 30 Type Rifle. This makers mark is an example of the 2nd style with the Kanji inside the diamond pointing downward. Earlier 42nd series has Kanji pointing upward. The earlier scabbard style has the ball tip. Total length is 21" with a blade length of 16". Scabbard length is 16.5". Handle length is 4.5"
